Standard TLS/SSL protected sessions, only modern browsers supported, enterprise quality hardware and software.

User Security

Electronic signature codes in addition to username/passwords, restricted user access by provider and clinic, full HIPAA compliance by E-Telligents staff and physical lock down of server equipment.

Intellectual Property

Industry standard Subversion (SVN) is used for source code control by employees, and due to the nature of being a web application, the source code is never exposed to clients, or the outside world. E-Telligents retains all rights to software developed by E-Telligents.

GUI Design and Functionality

In addition to the back end processes of network security, HIPAA compliance and coded business logic, E-telligents also has a large focus on user interface design and functionality. A well designed GUI (Graphical User Interface) plays a large role in the success of an application, especially any application that is in a complex industry like the medical field. Here are some of the benefits of our GUI:

• Less training is required - Our GUI is easy to navigate, with simple, well understood terms.
• Create better documentation - Our EHR will guide providers into creating notes and orders that are fully fleshed out, and can easily be used to support an invoice.
• Data entry is quick - Our GUI is designed to let providers quickly enter data, and get them back to providing direct patient care. For example, our progress note templates will expand dynamically based on your selections in the note, meaning that you are only shown the data that YOU care about.
